How does Logpickr Process Mining work?
Process Mining automatically discovers your processes from your existing data
From your data
Every Process Mining project starts from your existing data in your different IT systems.
The required data are:
- CaseID**: A unique identifier used to track a case through the process. It refers to the process you wish to analyze
- Activity Name: The readable name of the activity that takes place in the process. For example, **pay an invoice, or check contract terms.
- Activity End Time Stamp: The time or timestamp at which the activity ended.
And optional data that provide additional information: - Activity Start Time Stamp: The time or timestamp at which the activity started.
- Dimensions: Any categorical data related to the process or to one of the activities performed. For example, **product name, role, resource, productid. Unstructured data (comment, message, …) are not recommended.
- Metrics**: Any numerical value related to the process or to one of the activities performed. For example, product cost, activity cost, resource cost, energy consumption.
